1 Technical Tasks:
Project Phase
-Participation in the creation of Quality documents (control plan, Test instruction…)
-Creation and maintenance of the part history within the development phase (until SOP)
-Coordination of ppm-agreements together with the quality-responsible of the customer’s company
-Participation in FMEA development
-Maintenance of the initial sample documents and coordination of the initial sampling to the customer.
-Handling customer 0-km and warranty claims in Project phase
-Participation in PPAP submission
Series Phase
-Key customer contact for the defined customer concerning all warranty and 0-km claims
-Collection & analysis of warranty cost and returned parts
-Receiving of the claim information and timely communication internally to production
-Creation & Coordination of a qualified 8D Report for submission to the customer as request
-Deployment of internal lessons learned for the claims
-Reporting of Customer Related KPI’s (0-km, Warranty)
-Create/update quality-relevant documents (test instruction, Q-alert sheet, control plan, part history…)
-Communicate with production people and assist to solve the problems
-Other work assigned by the Company
2 Functional Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in mechanical major or related
-Min. 5 years quality assurance experience in automotive industry
-Quality and Customer Standards of automotive industry (IATF 16949)
-Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes
-Project quality management experience in in automotive industry
-Good communication and English skill
-Customer complaint handling experience about SGM is preferred

-创建和维护质量相关文件(检验规范,质量警示卡,控制计划和零件历史记录…)
-与生产人员进行沟通并协助解决质量问题
-完成公司指派的其它任务
2 专业要求:
-工科专业,本科学历
-5年或以上汽车行业质量工作经验
-汽车行业客户质量标准(IATF 16949)
-汽车行业项目管理经验
-沟通技巧,英语熟练
