1 Technical Tasks:
-Formulation of the internal project order with project core team
-Presentation of the project organization adequate for the scope of project (including sub-projects) with the project core team members
-Ensuring the know-how transfer from the pre-project phase to the project team
-Rough and detailed planning of the project with the project team (service, date, personnel resources, physical resources, costs, environmental relations, etc.)
-Project controlling (date, costs, service (processing/implementation of work packages), time sheets, etc.)
-Documentation of the project progress and interim results
-Traceable update of the project management documentation (project order, project plans etc.)
-Guidance and co-ordination of the project core team
-Internal project-related communication (e.g. regular team meetings, accessible project documentation)
-Crisis and risk management (identification of potential risks/planning of respective measures)
-Ensuring the transmission of experiences already gained
-Forwarding the input for the continuation and improvement of the project management rules to the process administrator
-Recognizing the need for staff development (information to the line)
-If necessary, inducing the pro**al preparation for additional services as per customer's request, as well as inducing the calculation after fulfillment/execution of the order
-Traceable documentation of planning and results
2 Functional Qualifications:
-Good English skill
-Project management experience in Automotive Industry
-Basic knowledge of plastic material, lighting technology, electronics
-Management skills (self-confidence, endurance, ability to cope with pressure, decisiveness, self-initiative, communication skills, assertiveness, ability for conflict resolution, negotiation skills, customer orientation, team orientation, cooperation skills, cost awareness etc.)
-In case of customer projects: Basic knowledge regarding the Q-Standards (ISO/TS16949 , APQP / VDA 4.3, PPAP / VDA 2) as well as of the topic "product liability"

-了解塑料材料、照明技术、电子基本知识
