1 Technical Tasks:
Determination of customer demand
-Using tools of PPS in ERP system, Sample production information’s, Preproduction demands, etc. required demands for planning are determined
Processing of Production orders
-Provision of Production orders, System Corrections and Processing of Transaction errors
Definition of detailed Production Schedule
-Under consideration of demand time schedule and quantities a production program schedule is created. Definitions of Lot sizes, a minimization of Setup time and procedures as well as personnel optimized planning have to be followed and optimized
-Detailed planning of required manpower and coordinate with production in time availability of qualified staff
Material and equipment availability check

-Detailed planning of required manpower and coordinate with production in time availability of qualified staff
-Depending on the material supply strategy (Kanban, supply on order, etc.) the availability of required materials have to be assured using the information out of BOM and material availability check. If Deviations are expected or found countermeasures have to be defined with the respective Material control area
-Check and assure availability of required tools, fixtures, etc. for planned production
Control of Production Program
-Supervision and coordination of Production according to Detail Program Schedule; Control of production program reliability; Coordination of delays; Analysis of Problems including continues improvement process
Coordination of Tryout and Pre Series Production
-Include requirements for Tryout and Pre Series productions in Production program, processing and adaptation of Master data (incl. BOM, routing) for Tryout and Pre Series Production orders
Reporting of Production output
-Confirmation of produced volumes to dispatch control area and sales department; Coordination of call off, customer order, forecast changes or additional demands
Short Term Capacity planning
-Calculate Short Term capacity requirements for Production program out of Forecast data
Equipment and Tool service management
-Coordinate Schedule and Planning of maintenance and service of production equipment (e.g. injection moulding tools), Planning of Changes, coordination of Repair jobs and modifications
Provide control statistics and KPI
-Define and Track KPI for Production control performance
2 Functional Qualifications:
-ERP and Production planning system experience
3 Education:
-College degree or above
4 Specific Knowledge:
-Good command of both written and spoken English
-At least 3 years’ experience in production or material planning

-检查生产产品所需的工具和夹具等的可用性来保证计划内的生产

-根据具体计划日程监控和协调生产;生产程序可靠性的控制;协调计划的推迟;分析持续改进过程等问题。
-试模生产和与量产前的协调
-考虑试模和预生产的要求,处理并修改主数据(包括物料清单,生产路线)来制定试模和预生产订单
报告产品的产出
-与发运控制区域和销售部确认生产数量;协调客户订货量,客户订单,预测变化和其它要求。
短期产能规划
-根据需求预测数据为生产计划计算短期产能需求
设备和模具维修管理
-协调生产设备维修和保养(如注塑模具)的计划;协调变更计划,协调修理及改良计划
-提供控制数据和KPI
-定义和追踪生产控制的KPI
2 专业要求:
-具备ERP和生产计划系统经验
3 教育程度及专业:
-大学或大学以上学历
4 其他要求:
-良好的英语书写和口语表达能力
-至少3年的生产或原材料计划经验
-汽车行业优先
