Job Summary
AD/ADAS is already the focus of development in the automotive industry, and as a trusted tool provider to the automotive industry, MathWorks provides development tools for all aspects of AD/ADAS development. The candidate will work closely with customers in AD/ADAS area to understand their development challenges and provide technical solutions using MathWorks tools such as MATLAB, Simulink and RoadRunner. Also he/she is expected to be deeply engaged with customer in technical for the key project and assure the customers success with MathWorks tools.

This role is a full-time staff **ition, based in Shanghai China.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers in the automotive industry to understand their AD/ADAS development challenges, develop technical solutions, and help them succeed with MathWorks tools.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers to showcase the capabilities and benefits of MathWorks tools for AD/ADAS development.
- Collaborate with MathWorks developers and product managers to provide feedback and ideas for improving MathWorks tools for AD/ADAS development.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest AD/ADAS development trends, technologies, and standards in the automotive industry and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- Work with MathWorks sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement, lead generation, and opportunity development in the automotive industry.
- Periodic travel for a customer presentation, planning discussions, and on-site technical meetings is required (from 25% to 50%)

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications
- Proven experience in AD/ADAS development, preferably in the automotive industry, with experience using MathWorks tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, and RoadRunner.
- C/C++ programming experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers in a technical support and consulting role.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
