职位描述

职责描述：

1. Monitor daily SQDIP to make sure department KPI achieve and OEM business increase goal
2. Lead teamleaders to implement T1-T3 to solve procuction issue in time and closely coach work order in process to make sure PRD
3. Focus on new products from sample to mass production including tooling/quality/EHS/layout
4. Monitor production line with good 5S and discipline and employee skills training and certify
5. Make CI with lean tools to improve production line productivity and automation for labor reduction
6. Assist IE/PE/AE engineer to implement kaizen project in production line, and implement some detailed items.
7. Organization structure development and management team cultivate
8. Implement tasks from direct manager and team assigned

任职要求：

You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical /industrial engineering.

Further you have min. 5 years of documented experience with production supervisor especialy for NPI projects and hold a certification within CET-6 and grasp some lean tools such as VSM/one piece fllow /5s+VM etc.

Excellent commercial understanding
