职位描述

职责描述：

1. Design and develop new sensor products schematic & PCB layout.
设计研发传感器产品的原理图和PCB layout；

2. Test EMI/EMC of product and solve problems.
做EMI/EMC测试并解决测试中的问题；

3. Design and develop new test fixture schematic & PCB layout.
设计研发产品生产测试治具的原理图和PCB layout；

4. Make design & production relevant documents including schematic, requirement management, technical design documents, and test SOP for IQC and production line.
制作产品相关设计文件包括：原理图，客户需求调查表，其他的技术设计文件，以及产品生产所需的测试SOP和IQC检验SOP；

5. Production support during sample build and mass production project serial care.
支援产品生产，解决生产问题；

6. Design & production validation and verification trouble shooting.
解决设计和生产中各种电子相关问题；

7. Take initiative to learn and improve working ability according to work requirement.
按照工作需求自主学习提高工作能力；

8. Complete other assigned work.
完成其他指派的工作任务。

任职要求：

1. Bachelors or Master degree in electronics or computer relevant fields.
本科及以上学历，电子或计算机相关专业；

2. More than 2 years hardware design experience.
两年以上电子硬件设计经验；

3. Embedded system design experience, good knowledge of ARM Cortex M0/M3 Soc.
具备嵌入式产品设计经验，对ARM Cortex系列芯片架构有较好的认知；

4. Good knowledge of Analog & Digital circuit, ADC and DAC, EMI/EMC.
掌握模拟和数字电路设计，ADC和DAC的应用，EMI/EMC的测试和问题解决能力；

5. Good knowledge and experience of designing and simulating with CAD tools like Altium designer.
掌握至少一种电子设计和仿真工具如Altium designer；

6. Understanding FW design, Understanding C/C++.
了解firmware 设计，会C或C++等编程设计语言；

7. Understanding PCB production process and PCBA manufacture process
了解PCB制造以及PCBA制造工艺；

8. Good globe team player and have good communication skill and team work spirt, fluent in English.
具备良好的沟通技巧，英语流利，很好的全球合作团队成员；

9. Ability to multi-task, able to work under pressure.
具备很好的抗压能力，可以同时负责多项工作任务；

10. Good at self-learning, with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
具备很好的学习能力和问题分析解决能力。
