职位描述

职责描述：

1. 负责HBC传感器的产品开发和产品转移；
Responsible for HBC sensor product development and transfer.

2. 负责新产品从样品到小批量到生产释放阶段项目进度的推进；
Responsible for the entire project development progress from the sample to the small pilot to the production release stage.

3. 负责开发产品的技术文件（图纸、BOM、Routing）的编制和维护；
Design and maintain the technical document like Datasheet, drawings, process document, BOM, Routing….

4. 负责现有产品的更改、更新或升级换代；
Responsible for the engineering change, improvement or upgrading of current products.

5. 负责生产线工艺研究和设计；
Process research and design for production line.

6. 对其他部门提供技术上的支持。
Technical support for other departments.


任职要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，机械或机电一体化专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electromechanical.

2. 3年以上工程技术方面的工作经验；
3 years above working experience in engineering technology.

3. 熟练的英语书写和口语交流能力；
Fluency in written and spoken English.

4. 精通AUTOCAD, PRO/E或其他机械设计软件；精通OFFICE软件；熟悉SAP或ERP系统；熟悉新产品研发流程；有新项目管理经验；
Proficient in AUTOCAD, PRO/E or other mechanical design software. Skilled in OFFICE software. Familiar with SAP or ERP system. Familiar with NPI process. Experienced in new project management.

5. 良好的沟通和团队合作能力；
Good communication and team work skills.

6. 熟悉精益生产工具，有主动发现问题和解决问题的能力。
Familiar with Lean tool. Able to discover and solve problems.
