职责描述：

The Supply Chain manager will be responsible for helping company to take necessary actions to meet customer expectations, from order entry till goods delivery.
In this **ition, you will become a key function by working with production, Sourcing, R&D, Sales, Quality and other functional departments and drive the On time delivery and inventory improvement.

You will be responsible for:
1. Implementation of global SCM processes and initiatives. Facilitation and implementation of local SIOP process and forecasting with sales and marketing team.
2. Order management and planning.
3. Lead the team to optimize Order to delivery flow to speed up response time.
4. Lead the local team and develop talents.
5. Inventory Control.

Professional qualifications:
1. You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering.
2. CPIM is preferred.
3. Expert knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehousing/logistic Export and import.
4. Excellent organizational, planning skills and effectiveness.
5. Very Good knowledge of SAP system, MS office.
6. Passionate Customer Focus and **itive attitude;

Personal skills
1. Excellent commercial understanding.
2. Excellent phone communication.
3. Excellent IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).
4. Open mind & good change management skil.
5. Fluent in spoken and written English.
