职位描述

职责描述:

1. Planning and realize the technical team capacity according to business plan to support production line technical support demand.
2. Define, implement and improve technical management process and framework, including new product manufacturing technical feasibility study and process planning, acceptance and validation of new product launch with new machine and fixture; ramp up for new product launch or engineering change; daily technical management and quick reaction for trouble shooting; on line quality control measures and change management, TPM process etc.
3. Organize engineer team for new product launch evaluation, machine / fixture planning, try run to meet the product launch project target.
4. Develop and approve line or equipment / process concept and specification, design review and acceptance.
5. Quality document planning, including FMEA, control plan, working instruction, checklist etc. continues improvement of quality plan and keep consistency of all relative documentation and planning. §
6. Lead team to actively to make quick reaction for line trouble shooting during ramp up phase and normal production as daily management, use systematic approach (problem solving method, 8D, A3) for repeat problem solving, standardization and continues improvement.
7. Define and improve parameter management and change management process focusing on technical aspect.
8. Plan TPM strategy and build up competence for maintenance team, ensure the execution of TPM activity in shop floor with regular process confirmation, and make continues improvement.
9. Spare part management to ensure availability and cost target.
10. Driving the productivity improvement from CT, OEE with OEE loss with technical solutions.
11. Quality problem solving in terms of root causes analysis, technical improvement solutions and product risk analysis.
12. Contact and coordinate with process standardization implementation and evaluation, best practices exchange and ask for support.
13. Organize training and competence development program for technical team, team competence build up to improve line performance and development efficiency.
14. Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering background or related, electric/mechanic, automation control technology English.
2. Computer or programming background as plus.
3. 8 years manufacturing technical planning, industrial realization and maintenance experience in special machine / assembly line.
4. Experience in process system construction as plus and Special machine design and manufacturing as plus.
5. TPM project experience is preferred.
6. Computer skill in Excel, Word, & Power Point Power.
