Primary responsibilities
Your responsibilities are:
1. Develop and execute commodity strategies for Electronics (EMS) locally and align with global commodity strategy of HBK, and compliance with sustainability requirements.
2. Be responsible for the supplier selection, qualification, termination processes.
3. Manage the relationship with the suppliers and lead the business negotiations for pricing, deliveries, price reduction, and/or other business requirements.
4. Take the ownership of contracting with the suppliers, provide and maintain standard terms in purchase contracts/terms and conditions inline with company directives and guidelines.
5. Assess supplier risks in terms of financial, quality, dependency, supply chain, etc. and find the solutions to mitigate it together with other people if needed.
6. Giving support to the new product development, early supplier involvement for the supplier selection at the right cost.
7. Pursue systematic TCO analysis and value enhancement to drive the savings and performance improvements.
8. Perform in regional/global market analysis and identify the market trends to the future price and supply changes.
9. Track monthly performance measurements of the suppliers in terms of Quality, Price, On-time deliveries and Services) .
10. Manage the crisis and problems with the suppliers.
11. Learning the up to date tools, such as SAP, Clouds, etc… and can use it to improve working efficiencies, can contribute in these improvements as well.
12. Timely reporting per requests.
Your daily work includes:
1. SAP PR/Ordering tracking and implementations.
2. Meeting and/or negotiations with the suppliers for the order fulfillment, quality, lead-time issues.
3. Recording and filing the information for the teams and/or other functions.
4. Communication with cross-functional team for the progress of the projects or assignments.
5. Price reduction analysis.
6. Project controls for on-time scheduled outputs.
Professional qualifications
You hold a Bachelor in Electronics or relevant subjects.
Further you have min. 5 years of documented experience with the same job and better hold a certification CAP or CPP.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skill.
3. Good experience in project management.
4. Self-learning and development.
5. Fluent English in oral and written.
6. Good leadership skill.
7. Can do frequent traveling.
8. If have legal knowledge then it’s better.
