This **ition will be based in Beijing, Shanghai or Suzhou.

Primary responsibilities
1.Lead and coach a complex team to achieve business objectives in the assigned industry.
2.Execute and deploy the aligned business plan in assigned industry.
3.Set and develop business strategy in assigned industry and monitor the conversion.
4.Lead and support the team in the pursuit of leads and closure of sales.
5.Lead the sales productivity continuous improvement in assigned industry.
6.Respond to escalated issues (internally and externally), support team and colleagues.
7.Pricing and discount management. Also responsible for the cost budget management.
8.Drive sales core competency improvement and build high performing team.
9.Resourceful for BD, Sales, Inside Sales, Application Engineering and Technical Support, cooperate with other teams and organizations in China to enhance the business growth.

Professional qualifications/experience
1.Degree in Engineering, Science or related majors.
2.Typical graduate / **t-graduate qualified with extensive relevant work experience, or equivalent experience in place of degree / **t-graduate qualification.
3.10~15 years of relevant experience, technical and industry know-how.
4.Ability to integrate/coordinate cross-functionally.
5.Consolidated industry and products knowledge.
6.Supervisory skills and people-management ability to lead a team.
7.Project-management skills and experience to manage projects related to sales.
8.Ability to influence, convince, communicate and integrate a wide range of colleagues and customers.
9.Proven track records in achieving sales growth and development of key global accounts in a broad base of industries.
10.Fluent English in speaking and writing and able to travel 50% of the worktime.
