【Job Responsibilities 工作描述】
1.Promote YF products to responsible customers across functions.推广远峰解决方案至客户端不同产品线。
2.Key persons CRM, cultivate relationship, develop trust to build good relationship with customers.建立和培养信任且良好的客户关系。
3.Manage RFQs, lead quotation preparation and TR for RFI/RFQ and prepare related documentations.管理客户RFQ报价,主导报价,技术评审,质量评审等各项工作。
4.Gain competitor/customer insights to win the business during RFQ. 项目获取阶段,清晰获取客户需求,竞争格局等关键信息确保项目定点。
5.Contract negotiation including but not limited to price negotiation, annual reduction, quick saving, ECR.合同谈判,包括但不限于新项目价格谈判,年降谈判,主机厂QS谈判,设计变更价格谈判等。
6.Manage A/R, follow up on overdue receivables.管理应付账款,实时追踪并解决到期应付账款。
7.Regular sales report to supervisor. 日常销售报告汇报给至主管。
【Role Requirements 任职要求】
1.Bachelor or above 本科或以上
2.Familiar with BBA, SVW, FVW, VWA, Ford, Tesla. 熟悉奔驰,宝马,奥迪,上汽大众,一汽大众,安徽大众,福特中国,特斯拉等。(可降低至熟悉至少1个,对其他有一定的了解)
3.At least 5 years sales experience in automotive parts area. 至少5年以上汽车OEM销售工作。
4.Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing. 流利的英语,听说读的能力。
5.Extensive sales skills, including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, negotiation.良好的销售技巧,包括业务挖掘,需求分析,表达及谈判技巧。
6.Self-motivated, result-oriented person. 拥有自我驱动,结果导向的性格。
