Key Accountabilities
1. Managed the daily work of the four functions of the CQP team, effectively planned the quality of the early stage of the project according to the company's plan, improved the team's business level, established the echelon of core personnel, ensured the achievement of the company's early stage quality goals, and maintained the functional value of THE CQP function in the development of the company.
2. Planned the pre-project quality planning and product and process release, developed reliable quality control methods and standards according to the special needs of customers and the needs of stable and controllable quality after mass production, and monitored the effective implementation of each department according to the project schedule and timely submission of PPAP.
3. Improve the quality problems in the early stage of the project, conduct effective analysis and supervise the implementation of measures to avoid quality risks in the later stage.
4. Set up relevant quality processes and standards, establish centralized and standardized measuring technology and measuring tools management of the company.
5. Plan and guide each unit to meet customer quality audit in the early stage of the project, and provide necessary after-sales service for customers.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree majored in mechanical or vehicle engineering
2.8 years experience in automotive business, include 3 years management experience
3.Fluent English in reading and writing
