职位描述

市场战略与规划 Marketing strategy and planning

1.协助完成市场战略的制定;

Assist in the formulation of market strategy;

2.协助完成当期/长期业务目标,领导收集客户产品需求.设计方向;

Assist in achieving current/long-term business objectives, Lead the collection of customer product requirements, design direction;

3.协助公司创新产品的立项及市场推广工作;
业务拓展 Business development


1.根据公司业务发展计划,通过寻找业务机会,建立潜在业务清单并完成新项目立项申请的签批;

According to the company's business development plan, establish potential business list by looking for business opportunities and complete the approval of new project application;

2.支持完成新客户/新项目的客户评审工作;

Support to complete the customer review of new customers/new projects;

3.根据目标业务清单,获取目标客户RFQ及关键项目开发信息(如产量/生命周期/功能配置/对标车型等);

According to the target business list, obtain RFQ of target customers and key project development information (such as output/life cycle/function configuration/benchmarking model, etc.);

4.根据RFQ信息,组织先期报价团队开展报价工作,从财务成本团队获得成本信息;并以项目经理的角色积极协调资源,获得项目成本,并编制业务计划;

According to RFQ information, organize the advance quotation team to carry out quotation work and obtain cost information from the financial cost team; Actively coordinate resources, obtain project costs and prepare business plans as a project manager;

5.根据市场及竞争对手情况提出报价建议,组织公司管理层召开报价评审会议,填写客户报价单及报价假设,按时向客户提交报价文件;

Put forward quotation suggestions according to the market and competitors, organize the company's management to hold quotation review meetings, fill in customer quotation forms and quotation assumptions, and submit quotation documents to customers on time;

6.根据管理层批准的业务计划,准备商务谈判资料,与客户开展价格谈判及议价工作,达到在利润**大化的前提下赢得业务的目的;

7.根据市场及公司发展情况,在维持客户现有市场份额的基础上,寻找并发现潜在业务机会,争夺竞争对手的市场份额;

销售行为 Sales activities

1.根据与客户签订的合同,协助交付经理完成对账.提供材料督促财务完成开**,及时提交发**并敦促客户按时回款;

According to the contract signed with the customer, assist the delivery manager to complete the reconciliation, provide materials to urge the financial department to complete the billing, submit the invoice in time and urge the customer to collect the payment on time;

2.根据客户工程变更文件,参与团队核算工程变更成本,并根据市场情况及合理的逻辑对变更进行报价,以维护及提升项目利润为目的,向客户提交报价文件并及时完成合同更新;

According to the client's engineering change documents, participate in the team to calculate the engineering change cost, and quote the change according to the market situation and reasonable logic, in order to maintain and improve the project profit, submit the quotation documents to the client and complete the contract update in time;

3.根据客户或内部V**E要求,积极推动降成本措施的实施,按时完成 V**E项目的报价.谈价以及客户签批工作;

4.根据与客户签订的合同,及时维护跟踪商品价格,并对相关合同整理归档;

According to the contract signed with customers, maintain and track the commodity price in time, and file the relevant contract;

5.根据与客户签订的合同,结合公司财务目标及项目实际情况制定年度降价目标,保护公司合法权益;

Set annual price reduction targets according to the contracts signed with customers and in combination with the Company's financial targets and the actual situation of the project to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company;

6.根据项目生命周期,对客户下市项目因客户原因造成呆滞物料进行商务索赔;

According to the project life cycle, make commercial claims for the inert materials caused by the customer in the project;

7.根据公司政策,对客户售后件/先期样件/零星需求进行报价签订合同;
项目管理 Program Management


1.根据业务获取进度,完成项目“BP0”的签批及“Go ”资料的输出;

According to the progress of business acquisition, complete the approval of project "BP0" and the output of "Go" data;

2.根据RFQ及报价假设,通过检查.核证输入数据,找出财务风险和机会,对工厂投资及运营提出合理化建议;

According to RFQ and quotation assumptions, identify financial risks and opportunities by checking and verifying input data, and make reasonable recommendations on plant investment and operation;

3.根据RFQ及报价假设,参与盈利能力和现金方面的改进行动 (制造或购买选择及V**E等);

According to the RFQ and quotation assumptions, improvements in profitability and cash action (make or buy choice and V**E etc.);

4.根据政策法规及公司BOS文件,完成所有与项目有关的商务合同签批

Complete the signing and approval of all business contracts related to the project according to the policies, regulations and BOS documents of the company.According to company policy, quote and sign contracts for after-sales parts/advance samples/sporadic requirements;

8.根据客户指定零件清单,协助采购部门对客户指定零件的价格及贸易条款进行管理;

Assist purchasing department to manage the price and trade terms of customer specified parts according to customer specified parts list;

9.根据公司流程,支持完成月度订单评审及N+m的预测工作;

Support monthly order review and N+m forecast according to company process;

10.根据IATF16949要求,定期开展客户满意度调查,跟踪客户抱怨整改措施的有效实施,提高客户满意度;

Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys according to IATF16949 requirements, follow up the effective implementation of corrective measures for customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
