ROLE:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the daily interface with our customers to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives and plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Order Processing:
a. Input customers' orders into "Fulfil order" module and liaise with Warehouse and/or Logistic Officer, Demand & Supply Planner, and other concerned parties in Lubrizol to fulfill orders.
b. Prepare and distribute invoice and other documentation to customers, banks and concerned parties in a timely and accurate manner.
(2) Manage Customer Relationships:
a. Resolve any customer service-related problems, actual and potential, in a timely manner.
b. Highlight any major change in customers' demands and sales trends to Demand & Supply Planner for inventory planning pur**e.
c. Participate in resolving customers' service-related complaints with all concerned parties, investigate the root cause, implement corrective and preventive actions.
(3) Order Process Control & Compliant:
Process orders in accordance to established procedure and ensure we comply with SOE (Sales Operation and Execution) requirements.
(4) Others :
a. Following tasks are assigned as well.
i. Weekly Sales Estimate reporting
ii. Month End orders monitoring
iii. Late shipment tracking reporting
iv. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Customer Service Supervisor/Managers
v. 30% of responsibility is focus on process and team coordination. 70% of responsibility is CSR daily operation.
REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies, and specific job requirements):
Education
· Bachler or above in international trading, logistics, supply chain management, business management, etc. is preferred.
Experience
· Applicants should have at minimum experience equivalent to 5 years on multinational company in order support, customer service or logistics function.
· Applicants who have experience in chemical company and know SAP usage are a big plus.

· Have good knowledge on supply chain.
· Good working experience on international trade.
Language Skill:
· Fluent in English (verbal and written)
