职位描述

职位信息：
1. Ensure Lubrizol HSES policy and procedures are followed by maintenance execution team including the service contractors. Develop JHA of high-risk job.
确保维修部门(包括服务承包商)遵守公司的HSES政策和程序。制定高风险作业的作业危害分析JHA。
2. Responsible to implement equipment PvM/PdM program and daily planning and scheduling in SAP system.
负责在 SAP 系统中实施设备 PvM/PdM 计划和日常计划与调度。
3. Attend regular meetings for daily and weekly scheduling. Work with foreman and production MC (maintenance coordinator) to schedule daily, weekly and shutdown work.
参加每日和每周的例会。与班长和生产维修协调员一起安排每日，每周的停机工作。
4. Coordinate unexpected work such as emergency breakdowns. Work with all parties and outside vendors to achieve a high-quality repair to reduce downtime.
协调紧急故障等突发工作，与部门及外部供应商合作，实现高质量的维修，减少停机时间。
5. Report and analyze daily or monthly maintenance team KPIs.
报告并分析维修部门每日或每月的关键绩效指标。
6. Help engineer to develop BOM and optimize spare parts.
帮助工程师制定物料清单，优化备件。
7. Participate in Root Cause Analysis for critical equipment.
参与关键设备的根本原因分析。
8. Support AM/TPM implementation in Zhuhai plant.
为珠海工厂实施 AM/TPM 提供支持。



职位要求：
1. College degree and above in Electrical, automation or mechanical.
大专及以上学历，电气、自动化或机械专业。
2. Familiar with E&I maintenance and SAP.
熟悉电气仪表维护和SAP。
3. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Be able to read and write in English.
优秀的沟通协调能力，具备英语读写能力。
