ACCOUNTABILITY:
The LFE China Account Manager supports China sales lead to execute the overall LFE China Strategy and accelerate the profitable and sustainable sales growth in China in coming years. This **ition is also responsible for building strong networks with key global OEMs and local customers in China, managing the existing business portfolio and strategically explore potential business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support China sales lead to execute the overall LFE China Strategy and accelerate the profitable and sustainable sales growth in China in coming years.
• Closely work with regional and global LFE team to build strong networks with key global OEMs and local customers in China, drafting account plan consistent with customer’s strategy, managing the existing business portfolio and driving sustainable growth through delivering Lubrizol value pro**ition across the area of technology, marketing and supply chain.
• Strategically explore potential business opportunities and initiate the key projects.
• Work with PMG and other supporting teams to continuously improve the operational efficiency and customer satisfactions.
• Demonstrate leadership and influence by communicating and executing the customer plan with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
Education & Professional Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemistry, chemical/mechanical/automotive/compressor engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, including KA management. Working experience in related field preferred.
• Critical and strategic thinking capability
• Have strong commercial acumen and sales management skill with business focus and customers intimacy orientation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good presentation skills; good at verbal and written English and Mandarin
