职位描述

1.Responsible for design, development, debugging and maintenance of hardware controller products；负责设计，开发，调试，维护硬件控制产品。
2.According to the detailed product design report, complete the logical design to meet the functional and performance requirements；根据产品详细设计报告，完成符合功能和性能要求的逻辑设计。
3.According to the specification, carry out the device selection, schematic diagram and PCB detailed design；根据规格书，进行器件选型和原理图及PCB详细设计。
4.Assist to deal with technical problems encountered in the production process after mass production and ensure their stability, and assist to solve technical problems encountered in subsequent application；产品量产后，协助处理生产过程中遇到的技术问题并确保其稳定，协助解决后续应用时遇到的技术问题。
5.Complete hardware design related documents, such as WCCA, DFMEA,Hardware test report,thermal simulation report etc；完成硬件设计相关文档，比如WCCA,DFMEA,硬件测试报告,热仿真报告等等。
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the company.完成公司交付的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
•Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or related .
2.5年以上，熟悉电子电路设计开发，芯片选型，PCB布线，汽车控制器产品开发优先；负责功能域的电子架构工作，设计域内与域之间的功能分配与接口设计总体策略；组织域内各系统的技术开发例会，召集相关零件的DRE，分析和解决架构方案的问题；负责编写技术规范的SSTS，保证技术规范。
•Work Experience: above 5 years, familiar with electronic circuit design and development, chip selection, PCB Layout, automotive controller product developer is preferred. Responsible for the electronic architecture work of functional domains, design the overall strategy of function allocation and interface design within and between domains; Organize the technical development meeting of each system in the domain, gather the DRE of related parts, analyze and solve the problems of architecture solution; Responsible for writing the SSTS of technical specification, ensure the technical specification.
