职位描述

- PMO Assistant Service
a. Facilitate R&D and innovation model transformation and build up knowledge re**itory for migration;
b. Scout market standard and customer orientation from technical side;
c. Innovation & technology feasibility study & insight delivery;
d. Smooth the collaboration model and process between relevant parties;
e. High level project forward and management enhancement (with SAFe and lean management);
f. Form a connecting bridge for overarching project steering;
g. Integrate overall project status for synergy effect;
h. Diagnose project risk and pro**e mitigation measures proactively;
i. Formulate the slides to present and optimize the presentation documents.

Qualifications


- PMO Assistant Service
a. Engineering Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Electrical Engineering communications computing or similar;
b. 5 years’ experience in infotainment project management in IVI/head unit department;
c. Necessary knowledge of VW Group (3+ years’ experience) processes and infrastructure required to fulfill the project targets;
d. Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring);
e. Chinese & English speaking (German is a plus);
f. good writing and documentation skill.
