职位描述

岗位职责：
按照福特全球产品开发系统要求，牵头完成长安福特投产车型底盘电子系统产品（电子制动）的选点/本地化开发/投产等工作，支持项目顺利上市，并对产品的成本/时间/质量/功能等负责；
Based on GPDS requirement, Lead CAF launched program brake control system (Brake Control Software) sourcing/ localization/ launching etc. Support to deliver program MP1 and be responsible for part Cost/ Timing/ Quality/ function etc.
牵头长安福特自主开发项目底盘电子系统产品（电子制动）的目标设定和设计初期工程输入，feature 定义以及功能规范定义等前期工作，同时按照项目要求追溯软件的完整开发, 相关feature的零件级别和整车级别的签收；
Lead to deliver CAF leading programs’ brake control target setting and initial design requirement output, feature definition and feature specification definition. Deliver programs with requirements mentioned above, and tracking software development and final sign off component and vehicle level features.


主要工作内容：
1. 设定电子制动零部件（软件方向）的交付目标，同硬件工程师紧密合作，一起完成工程数据包准备并负责向内外部客户完成工程澄清，工程报价的审核和批准，并与本地潜在供应商就设计细节进行确认以确保满足要求，完成选点；
Set the brake control (EBB software) deliverables, work closely with Brake Hardware engineer to complete engineering package, and clarify with internal and external customers, clarify and approve engineering development cost. Working with potential suppliers to clarify all the design details to ensure all requirements are satisfied, complete sourcing.
2. 完成负责的零部件的软件相关的工程开发、整车标定、整车验证及feature签收，同相关方确立开发时间计划/SCCAF等要求；并按照福特Phase PPAP要求同硬件工程师和STA一起对其现场进行审核，保证供应商按照节点要求交付；
Complete parts’ developing, validation and sign-off. Confirm develop timing plan etc. with related internal and external customers. Deliver Ford phase PPAP requirements together with Hardware engineer and STA, to ensure supplier deliverables per milestone / gateways requirements.
3. 负责新产品导入和生产过程中软件技术问题的解决和跟踪，按时交付新项目，同时按时完成配合完成降本目标及质量改善；
Responsible to solve and tracking all the s/w related issues of new parts and/or new design during introduction. Deliver new programs on time and deliver TVM target, achieve quality target.
4. 支持售后问题的解决；
Support key issues’ resolving in field.
5. 负责长安福特自主开发车型或者牵头工程执行车型的相关零件的软件目标设定/软件的工程输入要求，软件设计逻辑及对外交互逻辑的定义等相关工作，并参照上述要求交付项目；
Responsible for CAF leading programs and CAF as ESP programs’ related parts software target setting / design requirement definition and software logic/SW interface definition, and deliver program per requirements and finish vehicle level sign off.
6. 持续关注和学习行业相关前言发展，并定期和领导及团队分享。
Keep continuous following update the industry related (Brake One-box or Chassis control) advanced technology and share with leadership and team regularly.

应聘条件：
1. 教育背景Education Background:
本科及以上 bachelor degree or above;
2. 专业要求Professional Requirement:
车辆或机械工程/电子信息工程/自动化控制等相关专业
Auto or mechanical engineering /Electronic engineering/Automatic Control related majors;
3. 工作经验及年限Working Experience:
具备相关行业或制动控制或电子控制类产品工作经验3年以上。熟悉PCM/BCM/EBB等电子模块基本工作逻辑/诊断规范和开发过程者优先；具备至少1个完整自主项目开发和标定签收经验。
Working experience on related industry or brake control or electric modules over 3 years. Especially familiar with PCM/BCM/EBB etc. basic function logic / diagnostic analysis capability and development process preferred. At least experience 1 project development and calibration/sign off.
4. 能够进行DET/Canalyzer 等CAN总线工具的熟练操作及诊断分析。熟悉PCM/BCM/EBB等模块调教测试及标定流程者优先；
Familiar with the operation of CAN bus tools such as DET/Canalyzer and diagnostic to solve SW issues. Familiar with PCM/BCM/EBB module test and calibration preferred.
5. 语言能力Language Skill:
良好英语听说读写能力，CET4及以上
Good spoken and written English, has a CET-4 certificate or above.
