Responsible for the implementation of process control procedures to ensure that the finished product meets or exceeds customer requirements. Supervise and guide product continuous improvement and provide data analysis by utilizing appropriate quality inspection tools.

Responsible for the daily work of the penetration laboratory

Responsible for the use and maintenance of the penetration laboratory equipment

Responsible for the monthly inspection of measuring tools throughout the company.
负责整个公司量检具的月度点检。
Responsible for the measurement of the CMM CMM first piece and other measurement tasks

o Product realization产品实现
Carry out the test plan specified by the CP and confirm the test results
执行CP规定的检测计划并确认检测结果。
In the event of a non-conformance, alert the quality engineer
在出现不合格时，给质量工程师发出警报。
o Measurement, analysis and improvement测量、分析和改进
Refer to standards and customer requirements to develop test methods
参照标准和客户要求制定检测方法。
Participate in the continuous improvement of the process and make suggestions for improvement.

o Complete other affairs assigned by the leader temporarily. 完成领导临时交代的其他事务；
o Keep confidential with all the information of the business activities of the company , (except the requirements of relevant institutions) and strictly confidential with all information defined in the contract.

o To comply with the Abide by Employee Handbook, CoE, CoM of Faurecia , Form of Declaration of Interests and code of conduct and company rules and regulations.

o Qualifications 任职资格
The ideal candidate will have/be 理想候选人具备：
Minimum education level: College degree or above
学历水平：大专学历及以上；
Working Experience 工作经验:
At least 1 year penetration inspection working experience in manufacturing industry.
1年及以上制造业检验工作经验。
Skills and competencies 技能和能力：
Be careful, patient, logic thinking, sensitive on data,
细心，耐心，逻辑思维能力强，数字敏感度好;
Penetration inspector and CMM measurement experience.
熔深检验和CMM测量经验;
Drive, commitment and energy, good communication skills and convince.
积极主动,工作负责,具有很强的沟通能力;
Strong office soft ware, especially in excel.
