Essential responsibilities and duties:基本职责
项目物流管理
o Responsible for acquisition phase logistics quotation, including internal and external freight, packaging, logistics area, the logistics personnel demand calculation
负责项目获取阶段的物流报价，包含内外部运费、包装、物流面积、物流人员需求计算；
o Responsible for project logistics related issues in the process of start, communication and coordination with other relevant departments and project team;
负责项目启动过程中物流相关事项，与其他相关部门及项目组的沟通协调；
o Take a lead of the raw material plan, production plan and delivery plan before SOP. And good communication with customers and suppliers;
项目SOP之前的原材料计划、生产计划、交付计划，与客户及供应商良好沟通；
o Responsible for logistic related work package and ensure work package OTD
负责项目物流相关的工作包，并在PMS系统中准时关闭项目各阶段节点的工作包；
o Responsible for FES deployment in Program.
负责项目FES推进工作

o Support the implementation of new tools, system and process

o Optimize site planning, reduce waste and improve work efficiency

o PC&L relocation planning, save cost, reduce waste

o Packaging and transportation optimization, save cost

Raw material plan
材料计划
o Responsible for parts’ schedule release and trace.
负责物料计划的下达和跟踪
o Check and update SAP relative data, and ensure its accuracy.
检查和更新SAP相关数据，SAP权限为物料计划权限。
o Check order and release to supplier, and confirm about delivery availability.
发放物料计划订单
o Trace delivery， educate and manage supplier，optimize supplier MPM
跟踪供应商到货情况，供应商管理，降低供应商MPM
o Inventory control，and inventory monthly analysis and action plan follow.
库存控制，每月库存分析及行动计划的制定和跟踪
o React if problem relevant with material.
与材料相关的应急响应
o Bom review and daily stock visual checking
BOM检查及日库存目视化检查
o stocktaking statistic and analysis and re-count decision
盘点统计/分析/复盘。
o Optimize material planning and tracing’s process
优化计划和跟单的控制过程
Coordinate ECR implementation
协调工程更改和国产化实施

o Complete other affairs assigned by the leader temporarily.
完成领导临时交代的其他事务；
o Keep confidential with all the information of the business activities of the company , (except the requirements of relevant institutions) and strictly confidential with all information defined in the contract.
对与合资公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合资合同中定义的所有机密严加保密；
o To comply with the Abide by Employee Handbook, CoE, CoM of Faurecia , Form of Declaration of Interests and code of conduct and company rules and regulations.
遵守公司《员工手册》、《道德规范》、《管理规范》、《利益（冲突）声明表格》和行为准则及公司规章制度中的规定；
o Comply with IATF16949, ISO45001&14001, Group FES (Faurecia Excellence System), customer requirements and company regulations. Responsible for quality, health/safety/environment activities within this **ition.
遵守IATF16949、ISO45001&14001、佛吉亚FES体系及顾客相关要求及公司管理规章制度。对本岗位范围内的质量、健康/安全/环境工作负责。
Qualifications 任职资格
The ideal candidate will have/be 理想候选人具备：
o Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree in logistics management Administration .
学历水平：本科学历及以上，物流管理专业优先；
o Over 3 years of material planning or Program Logistics experience in manufacturing environment.
3年以上,制造业材料计划或项目物流工作经验；
o Language: Good English skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
语言：具备良好的英语听说读写的能力。
Working Experience 工作经验:
o At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
3年及以上制造业工作经验。
Skills and competencies 技能和能力：
o Be careful, patient, logic thinking, sensitive on data,
细心，耐心，逻辑思维能力强，数字敏感度好;
o SAP material planning experience.
SAP材料计划经验;
o Drive, commitment and energy, good communication skills and convince.
积极主动,工作负责,具有很强的沟通能力;
o Strong office soft ware, especially in excel.
熟练应用常见办公软件，尤其是excel。
