职位描述

岗位职责：
1. Making process related documents and continuous updating
2. Planning the production equipment and related production process for new projects and series production projects
3. Analyze of current process problems and implement corrective actions from process side
4. Create and Maintain the process routing in SAP
5. Doing acceptance work for new equipment/fixtures
6. Fulfill the KPI target of department and single person
7. Control the fixture spare part stock, define reasonable max./min. stock to avoid over date stock
8. Implement ZFPs / 5S related work from process side
9. Management and inventory of fixed assets
10. CMK and CPK analysis
11. Implement the environment/safety protection regulation, rules and laws; protect environment, avoid pollution and improve the performance with regard to overall environment protection
12. Other tasks assigned by department manager/teamleader
13. Skill of design fixture
14. Skill of problem solving

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical related
2. More than 3 years' experience in metal parts assembly process
3. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
4. Proficient in Office, CAD, CATIA
