Key Responsibilities
• Standardize OTC, PTP, T&E process in Asian entities;
• Deep dive and collaboration with plant to solve accounts receivable overdue from domestic customers as well as customers abroad, and reconcile shipment with customers for VAT issuing in time with high quality level;
• Ensure internal control system running well in PTP and T&E area, and provide quarterly review for further efficiency improvement and reporting optimization to better serving plant;
• Carry out trainings for new employees every month and provide at least once a year training to all employees for better understanding about T&E policies and CONCUR skills;
• Review all entries for GBS and keep a good communication with plant for accurate booking;
• Prepare monthly closings in time with high quality level;
• Cash flow forecast and variance analysis;
• Support Internal audit and external audit for reports and other specific projects;
• Other related tasks aiming a satisfactory feedback from controllers for service provided


What we’re looking for
• Bachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics or equivalent experience
• Above 5 years financial working experience in a manufacturing multi-national company.
• SAP and Audit experience is a plus
• Excellent English skill
• Excellent computer skill in Excel, PPT, Teams, etc.
• Strong communication skills; Pro-active; Hard working, Open minded;
