JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:
Looking for opportunities from defined customers and transfer customer needs to internal team clearly;
Lead the customer relationship, communication and sales related working process;
Develop the customer business strategy with supervisor.
JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:
Achieve annual business growth target and win new business based on defined customer strategy;
Maintain customer relationship from all functions based on defined customer;
Promote and develop new product business based on defined task.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
Lead commercial and technical quotation process, including initiating internal kick off meeting and meetings according to customer’s milestone;
Maintain and calculate the project data map;
Account receivable of customer payment based on the contract and payment condition;
Deliver sample parts to respective customer;
Adjust annual price internally and customer side;
Look for potential business chance by defined customer;
Maintain and manage customer satisfaction (rating) and customer complain for all functions through customer portal or other customer defined channel;
Maintain customer report, customer booklet and customer car line planning & strategy;
Monitor logistic channel and sales planning;
Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST H**E)/基本岗位任职条件:
Bachelor or master’s degree;
Min 1 years working experience in manufactural industry;
Basic in English and fluent in Mandarin, any other foreign language will be plus;
Willingness to travel frequently;
Be able to work under high pressure.
