MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
1, Achieve sales objectives along with assigned targets and meet growth expectation.
2, Implement the customer strategy and strengthen the market **ition.
3, Follow up and supervise new product and new project management.
4, Cooperate with different departments both internally and at customer side.
5, Carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted.
6, Focus on achieving design-ins for customized products and project management.
7, Validate all commercial pro**als and implement company business policy.
8, Carry out long/middle term business plan.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST H**E)/基本岗位任职条件:
1, Bachelor degree in engineering background.
2, 5 years working experience in sales.
3, Business development experience.
4, Related experience in automotive and industry.
