JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:
à Quotation preparation of equipment
à Schedule, capacity and cost management for equipment

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
à According to the specification or requirement, prepare the quotation with the support from supervisor for budget approval.
à According to the project requirement and status, with the support from supervisor, lead and maintain internal capacity, to ensure each function team has steady work schedule.
à According to the plan, with the support from supervisor, work and support project team to control the progress and related resource to ensure the equipment could be realized in time and in the budget.
à According to the try run result, with the support from supervisor, work and support project team to organize the resource for equipment improvement; make sure all the tasks could be finished in time and in the budget.
à According to the plan, with the support from supervisor, work and support project team to organize and manage the external resource to ensure the supplier could realize the equipment in time.
à According to the plan and real situation, work and support project team to record the related information for performance evaluation and lesson learn.
à According to the procedure, monitoring and ensure the equipment documentation and training could be accomplished in time with good quality.
à Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST H**E)/基本岗位任职条件:
à Bachelor of engineering in mechanical engineering, automation engineering etc.
à Has min 3 years project management experience.
à Able to read and fully understand technical drawings and specifications.
à Good capability of system analysis and problem solving.
à Good sense of structure working and team – work.
à Good goal orientation and risk management.
à Good communication ability and organizing ability.
à English (ability to understand technical documents written in English, can communicate with peers in simple English).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO H**E)/优先考虑条件:
à Knowledge about material property, machining process, pneumatic technology, PLC or labview.
à Knowledge about MTM
à Experience in the equipment industrial.
à Able to read and fully understand technical drawings and specifications.
