职位描述

JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

-The Mechanical engineer **ition is responsible for providing equipment solutions according to the requirement from customer for MQ product production.


JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

- Concept, design, drawing, BOM and other necessary data for equipment.

- Leading in equipment development process.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

- According to the customer’s specification, work out pro**al/concept of equipment, to align the understanding of customer’s requirement.

- According to the qualified pro**al/concept, realize 3D design of equipment, to ensure the equipment would be made with lower cost.

- According to the 3D design, work out 2D drawings and BOM for equipment building and documentation.

- Leading the whole equipment development process to ensure both customer and department team member have the same understanding of the equipment and engineering task could be finished in time.

- According to the real problem in equipment assembly or debugging phase, support toolmaker or SW engineer to ensure the problem could be solved in time.

- According to the specification of the component, support planner or purchaser to get competitive components in the market.

- According to the equipment design, support documentation engineer to realize the equipment manual in time with good quality.



MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST H**E)/基本岗位任职条件:

- Bachelor of engineering in precision engineering, mechanical engineering.

- At least 3 year experience in relative work such as. fixture engineer, mechanical engineer, automation Engineer.

- Familiar with mechanical structural design, pneumatic design.

- Knowledge in material treatment, metal manufacturing process.

- Familiar with 3D design software such as UG. Pro-E, Solidworks.

- Familiar with the technical norms and standards of professional.
