Responsibilities:
1.Meeting schedule/Meeting preparation internal and external;
2.Check E-mail/E-mail communication;
3.Travel management (Hotel and Ticket Reservations for the sales team);
4.Follow-up of RFQs, projects and all sales related open issues;
5.Preparation Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting for the account managers;
6.Handle International and National Customers;
7.Occasionally Attend Customer visits, preparation of required data and meeting minuets.
Qualifications:
1.Above junior college, Commercial or economics;
2.Over two years Sales officer or Customer Service, experience or relative field sales experience;
3.Excellent communication skills;
4.Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing;
5.Can work well under pressure, Persistent;
6.Mandrin, advanced English skills (understanding, speaking, reading and
writing );
7. Advanced knowledge of all Office software(Office, SAP, CRM);
