职位描述

岗位职责：英语能看懂即可
1. Work with purchasing on new potential suppliers scouting and new supplier introduction into SPM for motor and fan commodity
2. Support R&D, Project Buyer and Development Team in Supplier selection of new buy components from external suppliers and all sourcing phases
3. Ensure risk analysis evaluation in the early project phase
4. Participate to Technical Review and validate suppliers solutions in terms of Quality, Capability and Timing in line with the project team
5. Ensure lessons learned application through feasibility commitment and technical review approval
6. Ensure the implementation of Commodity state of the art and best in class standards/practice requirements in supplier processes through the application of Commodity Quality Check List.
7. Ensure the transmission and implementation of Specific Customer requirements
8. Validate the APQP Review performed by or with the suppliers
9. Follow up the planning, execution and completion of all tasks required for Production part Approval Process (PPAP) evaluation and approval
10. Support PPAP validation during the Change Management process and promote second sourcing
11. Take decisions, autonomously solve problems, escalate properly
12. Work across a global, matrixed organization, sharing and learning best practices.
13. Act in accordance with Marelli procedures and Operative Instructions.
14. Continuous cooperation with Project Buyer, Commodity Purchasing organization, Project team and Suppliers
15. Participate in any relevant technical meeting with R&D and Suppliers
16. Support the definition of the RFQ Package for new components
17. Perform requirements review and organize technical meetings and drawing/specifications reviews with suppliers and Development Team
18. Maintain all defined actions on track with Supplier, ensuring their availability on the APQP Data Base
19. Apply the APQP Lessons Learned: measure the effectiveness of the APQP process application, by means of reverse APQP process analysis based on the review of product performances, measured 6 months after start of production
岗位要求：
1. Education degree: Preferred Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial degree or equivalent
2. Communication skills, Can read English.
3. Solid knowledge of stamping, machining, and injection molding, basic knowledge of aluminum raw material
4. Minimum 5 years in industrial sector with 2 years in quality field, professional experience in automotive industry preferred
5. Team Work spirit
6. Ability for Analysis and Synthesis
7. Able to negotiate and convince, to manage meetings
8. Ability to bear to pressure
9. Ability to deal with suppliers Management
10. Ability to pro**e solutions and take responsibilities
11. Perfect knowledge in approaching new component development: supplier selection, Requirements definition, Advance Product Quality Planning, verification of production capacity, Initial Samples Control Reports validation, Production Part Approval Process; experience in Process Audit (qualified Auditor license according to VDA 6.3 is preferred)
12. Knowledge and practice of quality tools: FMEA, Statistical Process Control, Process capabilities, problem solving.. (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis, experience capitalization, etc.)
13. Knowledge of Quality Norms IATF16949, Environmental, Sustainability and safety requirements
14. Project Management knowledge
15. MS office user: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Windows, Power point…
16. Travel availability (30%~ 50%)
