职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Plasma, glue dispensing, thermal paste dispensing, curing, focus and alignment, screwing, laser welding, leak test machine evaluation, setup, optimization, yield improvement and problem solving for camera assembly line.
2.conduct process evaluation and process optimization experiments, analyze process test results, issue report and make technical recommendation.
3.Establish and maintain process documentation including process flow chart/ FMEA / control plan.
4.Perform process qualification base on customer specification and related standard.
5.Work closely with production departments to resolve process problems and issues. Troubleshoots production line issues related to yield, quality and throughput.
6.Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new or modified designs, analyze process test results, issue report and make technical recommendation.
7.Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.
8.Communicate with customer and colleagues in other plants.
9.Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Qualification：
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
2.At least 5+ years related experience in automotive electronics and manufacturing environment
3.Good knowledge in camera assembly process, especially focus and alignment machine.
4.Problem solving analysis and corrective action implementation capability.
5.Good documentation skills and ability to write procedures and training manual.
6.Good knowledge and able to apply SPC, lean six sigma and DOE techniques.
7.Able to analyze data, attention to detail and make logical and rational conclusion.
8.Good communication skills
9.Good team work spirit and execution
10.PLC&Robot programming skills preferred.
11.Ability to work under pressure and independently to meet timeline.
12.Good in oral English.
