职位描述

职责描述：
1.Establish packaging standards for new projects and work with customers or suppliers to determine product packaging standards;确立新项目的包装规范，并与顾客或供应商一同确定产品的包装标准；
2.Responsible for product packaging design and improvement, and verify the supplier's standard packaging design and specifications;负责产品包装的设计和改进，以及验证供应商的标准包装设计和规范；
3.Formulate packaging operation instructions, and specify standard packaging methods and packing quantities;制定包装作业指导书，规定标准的包装方式及装箱数量；
4.Responsible for the establishment of material turnover cart and turnover box management system, and the formulation of specific management methods;负责编制工位车和周转箱管理制度，制定具体的管理工作方法；
5.Make maintenance plan and instruction for station equipment, ensure the implementation of plan and instruction;制定工位器具维护计划及指导书，确保计划执行和指导书的贯彻；
6.Develop and update standard packaging design of station appliances;制定及更新工位器具的标准包装设计；
7.Improve the product line side material rack, standardized material replenishment, in order to continues waste elimination.改善产品线线边料架，标准化物料补给，持续实现浪费**。
8.Responsible for the layout of the company's logistics system to meet the needs of lean production.负责对公司的物流系统进行布局以满足精益生产的需要。
9.Other work assigned by the supervisor.其它主管安排的工作。
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above，Major in industrial engineering, logistics management, etc.本科及以上学历；工业工程、物流管理、包装工程等相关专业
2.Skilled in MS office & AutoCAD operation./能熟练使用办公软件、CAD软件
3.2-3 years above working experience in automobile industry. 2-3年相关工作经验；
4.Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills. Good at learning, practice, and able to work effectively under pressure./有较强的责任心，良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力、善于学习，动手能力强，能在压力下有效开展工作。
