职位描述

职责描述：
1.Within the operation organization, to manage process related issues and improvements such as capacity, OEE, work instructions, poka yokes, fixtures & tools/在运营组织内，管理流程相关问题和持续改善，如产能、OEE、作业指导、防错和夹具工装等。
2.To manage the introduction of new products in production & logistics participating actively in the projects team/参与项目团队，负责新产品在生产、物流的导入。
3.To be the champion of the working instructions for all products . lines./负责生产相关的作业指导书编辑及完善。
4.To be the champion of the PFMEAs & control plan for all products / processes。负责所有产品、工艺过程的PFMEA和控制计划编辑及完善。
5.To audit all processes standard implementation and manage the realization of the action plans./负责过程标准的审核并推动改善行动的实现。
6.To manage the poka yoke tools./管理防错工装
7.To manage the production & warehouse layout ensuring it is dedicated to flows./管理生产和仓库layout，确保一个流生产。
8.To manage the line layouts continuously eliminating waste./管理产品线layout，持续实现浪费**。
9.To participate in plant logistics programming & lead Packaging design and improvement./ 参与工厂物流项目并负责包装设计与完善。
10.To participate in projects meetings./ 参与项目会议
11.To participate in quality problems solving teams (8D)./ 参与质量问题解决团队（8D）
12.To participate in the implementation of IATF quality system & Q1 system. /执行IATF和Q1相关标准要求。
13.To manage pre process and process release for any new production line./ 规划并完善新产品试制流程并实施新产线过程审核。
14.To benchmark standard process & deploy through all production lines./ 应用benchmark，对所有生产线推进标准化制造过程。
15.To participate in customer project / process audits./ 参与客户项目、流程审核
16.To participate in VSM workshop, continuously eliminating waste./ 参与VSM活动，持续**浪费
17.Other works assigned by Manager./ 其它经理安排的临时工作
任职要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above./本科及以上学历
2、Major in industrial engineering, process and equipment, etc. /工业工程、工艺与设备等相关专业
3、Skilled in MS office & AutoCAD operation./能熟练使用办公软件、CAD软件.
4. years above working experience in automobile industry. 2 years above Project management experience is preferred. Familiar with TS16949./ 5年以上汽车行业工作经验， 2年以上项目管理经验优先；熟悉TS16949.
5.Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills. Good at learning, practice, and able to work effectively under pressure./ 有较强的责任心，良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力、善于学习，动手能力强，能在压力下有效开展工作.
