职位描述

一、Program Management 项目管理
1.New Program Status(R/Y/G)monitoring and management to ensure R program&Y program rate lower than 30%;
工厂整体项目管理，焦点是风险和进度管理，红+黄色项目低于30%；
2.Program cost management,improve profitability and track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
项目成本管理，提升项目毛利，运用相关工具跟踪项目的各项指标；
3.Program timing management,**G.Days Late ≤45 days,Programs with no past due gates ≥90%；
项目进度管理，Gate延期≤45天，Gate按期完成率≥90%；
二、Procedure 流程
Program management procedure continuous optimization;
项目管理流程优化 ；
三、Resource Development 人员发展
Resource plan,Talent Review,IDP and staff assessment;
人员规划，员工能力回顾、发展计划和考核；
四、V**E 价值工程管理
V**E action explore track and implement;
V**E 行动方案发掘、跟踪、实施；
五、Dept. expense management 部门费用管理
Budget definition and expense control；
部门预算制定和费用控制。



Ideal candidate experience 候选人要求:

一、Education/ Certification 教育背景/证书:
Bachelor Degree and above
本科及以上学历，学士学位及以上学位证书
二、Major in Mechanical Engineering/Auto Engineering
机械/汽车工程相关专业
三、Over eight years working experience in automotive industry and mechanical industry, five years program management experience, over two years team management experience.
八年以上汽车/机械行业工作经验，五年及以上项目管理经验，两年以上团队管理经验。
四、Specialized Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识:
Critical PM skills, incl.Planning and organizing, Problem solving,decision-making skills.

Have the ability of communication and team-work ability. Company regulation and culture, and put them into practice.
