Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Claims Handling management in Asia Pacific (field + 0km) with full claim process, feedback and correspondence on Tec Warranty platform
- Customer claim registration in SAP
- 8D test report evaluation
- Coordinate with different functions for quality related topics including Sale, Product Management Controlling, Purchasing team
- Inspection coordination with warehouse QA for returned goods
- Manage Customer Complaints and Problem Solving process
- Perform Root Cause Analysis in case of non-conformities (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
- Provide Product Test Report to customer
- Define and Implement Corrective Actions (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
- Monitor supplier quality performance with PLM & MPBQ teams on a regular basis
- Provide supplier claim overview to PLM & Purchasing teams
- Reporting of necessary KPIs
Your Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, Technical Management, or equal
- Strong knowledge in Quality Management Methods (IATF16949, 8D, RCA, etc.)
- Experience within Automotive Industry (Independent Aftermarket preferred)
- Experience in Project Management
- Good understanding of IT Tools (ERP, CAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases)
- Knowledge about Thermal Management products and production processes a plus
- Good English for both writing and speaking
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team Player with high level of analytical ability
- Willingness to travel
