Your Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead program level designs and prototype manufactures for com**ite design solutions.

- Conceptual and detailed designs of com**ite components and assemblies

- Generating 3D models, Assemblies and 2D drawings including defining and documenting manufacturing information.

- Ability to review detailed finite element structural analysis of com**ite and metallic components and assemblies to investigate performance to customer requirements.

- Work as part of a team of design and manufacturing engineering staff to bring designs through prototyping and into serial production.

Your Skills & Strengths

Minimum Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 3 – 5 years relevant work experience on transportation com**ite or powertrain com**ite design experience preferred;

- Experience with detailed com**ite part/assembly design analysis is required

- Experience with com**ite part fabrication and assembly is required

- Proficient in PTC-Creo or other design software (e.g. CATIA, UG….)

- Good problem solving and communication skills

- Ability to work on projects demanding fast prototype/production startups

- Ability to communicate in English (at least technical communication)

- 本科以上学历，3 - 5年以上交通复合材料或动力总成复合材料设计经验优先

- 具有详细的复合材料零件/装配设计分析经验

- 具有复合材料零件制造和装配经验

- 熟练使用PTC-Creo或其他设计软件(如CATIA, UG....)

- 良好的解决问题和沟通能力

- 能够从事要求快速原型/生产启动的项目

- 英语沟通能力(至少是技术交流)

Preferred skills and education:

- Background in transportation vehicle’s powertrain component level designs is preferred

- Experience with powertrain parts (e.g. cylinder block, cylinder head…) manufacture methods and processes
