Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall regional responsibility for the product group with regard to product lifecycle management (phase in, development and performance of current products and phase out), planning and procurement
- Product cost responsibility, product and price **itioning, etc.
- Responsibility for the economic result of the product group (Profit & Loss responsibility)
- In cooperation with strategic purchasing and quality management, extended responsibility for supplier selection, definition and compliance with quality standards of the product group
- Responsibility for the planning and dis**ition of SKUs or components of a product group in close cooperation with the regional sales departments
- Development and implementation of a regional product group strategy in coordination with the global product strategy and the entire Aftermarket strategy
- Determination of the future structure of the product portfolio - coverage and expansion strategies etc.
- Ensuring target achievement on the defined KPIs
Your Skills & Strengths
- Business administration studies or studies in engineering or comparable qualification
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the international automotive / aftermarket environment
- Extensive knowledge in the area of product management and procurement and planning as well as knowledge in sales and, if necessary, purchasing areas are desirable.
- Extensive experience in the field of project and process management
- Experience in leadership and development of employees
