Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy the guidelines and standards for quality management of Aftermarket APAC area
- Coordinate Quality Audit Management within regions in line with Corporate Quality for ISO 9001 certification and Internal Audits requirements
- Ensure that a quality system is established, implemented and maintained accordingly
- Report on the performance of the quality system to general management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system
- Ensures that the organization’s products and services are compliant with the company’s quality requirements, in addition to complying with customer and regulatory requirements for quality, safety, and reliability
- Establish quality objectives and track KPIs to measure and enhance the performance of quality processes
- Conduct regular training sessions internally/ externally on quality control and assurance practices
- Collabrate with Sales and Customer Service departments with customer complaints as an input to the problem-solving process
Your Skills & Strengths
- Bachelor and above degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management within the automotive/ or Aftermarket, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing
- Proven track record of successfully leading quality initiatives and achieving significant improvements in product quality and process efficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in English
