Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects in order to achieve the project objectives concerning profitability, costs, quality and timing for project management organization ASIA/PACIFIC (including China & Korea)

- Establish and maintain an organization, which works efficient, follows company standards and procedures and is able to lead projects with local and international customers autonomously

- Develop and maintain an organization, which is capable to work in a global network and lead global programs in Homeroom Asia

- Develop and implement project management methods and procedures to meet local customer requirements (e.g. agile tools, SCRUM, etc.)

- Ensuring of simultaneous engineering as well as effective opportunity and risk management

- Consolidating and reporting of all project related items for the Region ASIA PACIFIC

- Create and maintain transparency and traceability

- Decision and escalation management internally as well as with customers and suppliers

- Management of intercompany related project items



Your Skills & Strengths

- Bachelor and above degree in Engineering, Management or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Familiar with traditional and agile project management methods, experience and knowledge of product development and industrialization in global automotive industry

- In-depth knowledge of product calculation, project cash- and budgetmanagement, production and development KPIs, vehicle systems, vehicle electrification, production technologies and industrialization. Familiar with A-Spice and FUSI would be an advantage

- Proven track record of successfully leading development projects and achieving significant improvements in process efficiency

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

- Proficient in English and Chinese
