Responsibilities:
1、协助办理新员工入职,如 办公用品、劳保用品、宿舍、公告书、欢迎信、培训计划等入职资料的准备整理,协调安排新员工培训等
Assist to handle the new employee enrolment and prepare the relevant documents
2、建立、更新、维护、管理员工工卡、餐厅消费系统、宿舍入住档案等信息
Manage and update employee archives like employee card, canteen consume system, dormitory living data etc
3、负责协助收集和跟踪日常员工沟通、员工满意度调查、信息沟通会等相关信息工作
Support collect and follow the daily information about the communication, employee satisfaction survey, information meeting, etc.
4、现场行政相关可视化管理更新
Follow up admin Visual Management updated in plant.
5.负责组织公司年会、员工团队建设等活动
Responsible for annual dinner and teambuilding activities, etc.
6、为总经理安排旅程和相关预订
Makes reservations and travel arrangements
7、保安、保洁、食堂&绿植供应商的管理
Security, cleaning, canteen & supplier management
8、重要访客的接待工作(迎接,引导,倒水,摆放食品等)
Welcome VIP (direction, provide drinking and food…)
Requirements:
1、大专及以上学历
College degree or above
2、3年以上制造业行政管理工作经验
3 years or above working experience in manufacturing administration
3、熟悉国家及地方法律法规
China or local labor law and relevant regulation know-how.
4、供应商选择、评价、绩效跟踪等采购基本经验
Purchasing basic experience in supplier electing, evaluating ,performance follow up
5、沟通能力良好
Good communication skills
6、工作积极主动,责任心强
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility
