Your Roles & Responsibilities
1. General Management
Manage short- and long-term goals for the Product Category Management functions in the region
General administration, organization, supervisory responsibilities, employee evaluation
Enable and support exchange and collaboration among product category management team members and interfacing functions
2. Employee development
Evaluate, select and develop the right people in the organization
Provide direction and manage team, mentor and maintain competent, motivated employees
Processes, Governance and Compliance
Define, manage and implement business process within operational area
Implement methods and tools for managing product category related activities
Adhere to organization’s policies, compliance regulations and applicable laws
Administer general framework for general administration
3. Cross-Functional Activities
Align within the region and conduct know-how transfer between regions regarding strategic and operational activities and plans
Conduct external benchmarking of markets, competitors, and product category related sales channels
Drive market intelligence activities regarding market and customer trends, development, legal and political influences as well as competitors’ activities
Strive for continuous improvement by developing business opportunities to enhance revenue generation and increase operational efficiency
Your Skills & Strengths
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business OR Engineering, minimum 10 years of experience in sales management or product management function in automotive and/or automotive aftermarket, experience with thermal management product is preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking with profound negotiation skills
- Great presentation, communication, and networking skills
- Strong intercultural competence, has a bility of leading international, cross-cultural and virtual team
Proficient in English and Mandarin
