职位描述

Your Roles & Responsibilies
- Customer Orders & Quotation submission and data maintenance in system
- Release customers’ backorder and lead time check
- Assist preparation of Import/Export shipments documents and forwarder co-ordination
- Assist preparation of weekly & monthly reports (Customer Service & Controlling & Accounting)
- Customer payment & overdue tracking
- Follow up customer complaints & preparation of credit note
- Daily coordination with 3PL warehouse team in YS FTZ
- GST filing for audit pur**e
Collaborate with the team in Singapore (Main office), Korea (Sales), Malaysia (Sales), Thailand (Sales & IT & Accounting) and China (AP team)

Your Skills & Strengths
- 0-2 year related working experience
- Good written and oral English skill
- Good command of MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc…)
- Background with FA/data analysis is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain for Import/Export business is preferred
