Your Roles& Responsibilies
- Active development of electronics hardware for mechatronics products (e.g. electric coolant pumps) according to automotive standards
- Review and analyze customer requirements relevant for electronics hardware
- Preparation of HW functional block diagrams (HW architecture)
- Analog and digital circuit analysis and schematic design
- Collaboration with PCB design team and review of e-Layout designs
- Perform electrical simulations and detailed design analyses (e.g. worst case analysis)
- EMC compliance check and support on HW related test specification, validation test
- Measure and test electronic hardware and ensure fulfillment of hardware requirements
- Application engineering support and trouble shooting electronic circuits
- Involvement in the technical discussions internally and externally with customers
- Report issues and status of tasks in assigned development projects
- Involvement in the design to cost, design to manufacture and design to test activities (e.g.coordination with the purchasing department for component selection)
Your Skills & Strengths
- Major in Electrical & Electronics Engineering /Control Engineering / Automotive Engineering
- Good knowledge of electronics and electrical tool
- Good knowledge of BLDC motor control
- Good knowledge of LIN/CAN Bus
- Experiences with Altium Designer or similar eCAD
- Experiences with LT Spice or other electronic simulation tool
- Experiences and knowledge of electronic and electromagnetic simulation
- Experiences in electronic hardware testing (PCB A level)
- Basic knowledge of Q standards and tools (ISO,IATF, VDA ...)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written English
