Your Roles & Responsibilies
- Technical and disciplinary management of a team consisting of approx. 5 electrical engineers
- Selection and setup of suppliers for PCBs (HW/SW) for various electronic components
- Close cooperation with the pre-development department in Stuttgart/Germany
- Conceptual design as well as dimensioning and build-up of PCBs (HW and SW) for electrical components in the HV range (400V/800V)
- Development of internal requirement and release criteria
- Participation in project specific release decisions and identification of development risks (cost, schedule, technical)
- Creation of requirements/specification and cooperation with various suppliers
- Define and develop validations for high voltage components for functional, isolation systems and electrical interconnect technologies
- Control of internal and external validations as well as evaluation and assessment of test results with respect to requirements
- Dimensioning and selection of electrical connection technologies (press-fit, connectors, cables) for LV and HV interfaces
- Support of pre-development and customer development projects from the creation of E/E concepts to the construction of prototypes to the point of acquisition readiness
Your Skills & Strengths
- University graduate engineer in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronical Engineering or comparable
- At least five years of professional experience in the field of electrics/electronics and/or hardware development, ideally in an automotive environment
- Experience in the HV area 400V/800V
- Leadership experience
- Good hardware knowledge in analog and digital circuit technology
- High level of technical expertise in 12V and HV vehicle electrical systems
- Good knowledge of current standards and customer requirements (e.g. LV123, LV124,LV214)
