Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- The essential task of this **ition will be responsible for test systems project management supporting and Seat tester project management work.
- Generate the project budget, profit, cash flow and ROS report.
- Handling assigned project (EOL, Seat tester, aftersales diagnostic equipment ) management work in line with agreed timing, budget, deliverables and applicable documents.
- Need EOL related engineering knowledge and experience.
- Organize supplier to finish onsite EOL system build up
- Organize team internally to finish software development, system commissioning and handover to the customer in line with the timing plan.
- Develop project budget of all projects ongoing. Tracing project working time, cost and control cash flow, ROS.
- Achieve the project profit within the project budget control.
- Support sales manager to prepare the quotation.

- 制定所有正在进行的项目预算。跟踪项目工作时间，成本，控制现金流，RO
- 在项目预算控制范围内实现项目利润
- 协助销售经理准备报价。

Your Skill & Requirements
- University degree, Major in electrical engineering and automation engineering is a plus;
- 3~ 5 years related working experiences，at least 4 years work experience in a large SOE, JV or multinational companies related to vehicle end of line system; work experience in multi-national companies is a plus;
- At least have more than 1 year solid project management work experience.
- Good English communication skill, good English technical understanding and computer skills (i.e. MS Office and MS Project).
- Very good understanding the project management process, PMP certificate is preferred.

- 大学本科学历，电气工程或自动化专业优先;
- 3~ 5年相关工作经验，4年以上大型国企、合资或跨国公司整车端系统相关工作经验;有跨国公司工作经验者优先;
- 1年以上扎实的项目管理工作经验
- 良好的英语沟通能力，良好的英语技术理解和计算机技能(如MS Office和MS Project)。
- 熟悉项目管理流程，有PMP证书者优先。
- 优秀的沟通能力;
