职位描述

Responsibilities：
1. HSE risk identification and controlling
安全和环境风险的识别和控制
2. HSE checking: daily rountine、cooperating with oterh departments to complete monthly audit、checking before long holidy，annual internal&external audit,etc.
安全检查：包括个人日巡检，协调其它部门完成月度审核，长假前检查，内外部年度审核等
3. HSE training for all plant team，including new operator intergration HSE training, annual HSE training, regularly HSE sharing, etc.
工厂内所有成员的HSE培训，包括新员工入职时的培训，年度HSE培训，定期的HSE分享等；
4. HSE accident investigation and analysis and improvement，HSE KPI following up and continuous improvement
HSE 事故调查、原因分析和改善，跟踪HSE 的KPI并持续改进。
5. Responsible for plant HSE auditor and other duties, regularly report to PD Manager and GM
兼任工厂HSE事务代表其它工作职责并定期向生产经理及总经理汇报.
6. Assist with MPS Production System implement and maintain
负责工厂MPS生产系统的实施和维护；
7. Guarantee that MPS is fully understood and communicated within the plant.
保证MPS在工厂内得到充分理解和沟通；
8. Assure that exclusively harmonized MPS methods and tools are applied within the plant to implement MPS.
确保在工厂内采用协调一致的方法和工具来实施MPS；
9.Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives by organizing and leading all Lean activities/workshops within the facility. Support MPS Lean Evaluation to monitor the improvement progress within the plant.
通过组织工厂内的所有精益活动/研讨会，制定和实施持续改进计划；支持MPS精益评估，监控工厂内的改进进度；

Requirements:
1. Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; or equivalent.
本科，机械、工业工程或相关专业；
2. Min. 3 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
至少3年制造业HSE工作经验；
3. Familiar with related regulations and laws 熟悉相关法律法规
4. Good internal and external audit experience， ISO 14001 &45001 & interal auditor certificates is preferred
较强的内外部审核经验，有14001，45001或内审员证书更佳
5. Fluent communication and written skills in english and chinese
良好的中英文沟通和写作能力；
