职责描述：
1.Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and qualify sub-suppliers in the Li-ion battery industry, ensuring their technical capabilities and adherence to quality standards.

2.Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers’ quality management systems, battery material manufacturing processes, and component testing to ensure compliance with our requirements and industry regulations.

4.Develop and implement supplier quality agreements, specifications, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in supplier quality.

5.Work closely with suppliers to address quality concerns, provide technical feedback, and support supplier development initiatives.

7.Provide technical support during the development and qualification of new Li-ion battery designs and materials, evaluating supplier capabilities and ensuring product quality.

8.Establish EU supplier localization base strategy and an EU SQE team for Sourcing & supplier development.

9.Responsible for supplier audits of metallic and non-metallic structural parts.

10.Promote quality problem solving and continuous improvement of mechanical parts suppliers.

11.Familiar with wiring harnesses, connectors, BMS and other electronic and electrical products and the corresponding manufacturing process.

任职要求：
1.Graduated in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field

2.More than 3 years of work experience in the same **ition

3.Strong knowledge of Li-ion battery technology, including cell chemistry, manufacturing processes, and quality control methods.

4.Familiarity with IATF16949/ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001

5.Familiarity with quality management tools and techniques such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
