Responsibilities：
1.根据公司目标及计划制定本部门年度工作计划（年度及月度）；
Build up production plan (including annual and monthly plan) according to company policy and objectives.
2.对生产计划进行确认及跟踪,对于在库数量进行确认，并进行相应的分析和改善
Confirm and follow up production plan, focus on WIP and CIP.
3.制定本部门每月工作重点计划和展开，并定期进行生产工作总结及回顾(月度)；
Build PD monthly priorities and deploy them, review production result and improvement regularly(at least monthly).
4.设定及确定部门内部各岗位的职责以保证正常生产；
Establish PD internal employees job description to ensure production.
5.负责部门经费预算和人力预算的计划和实施；
Build PD cost budget and headcount budget and implement it.
6.指导部门员工包括：标准化工作，晨会，安全/5S，Line QRQC，对应员工的激励及发展；
Coach subordinates for: SW, Top 3, safety/5S, Line QRQC etc. and responsible for employee empowerment and development.
7.负责SFM的培训、实施、及改善;
Responsible for SFM including training、implement and improvement.
8.负责生产现场的安全生产，包括安全规则的制定的遵守及改善；
Responsible for shop floor production safety including safety rules establishment、implement and improvement
Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2.8年以上制造业生产管理经验
More than 8 years of manufacturing management experience
3.精通产品装配/注塑/焊接/冲压工艺
Proficient in product assembly/injection molding/welding/stamping processes
4.精通5W1H及5Why分析等问题解决方法
Quick problem solving skills
5.掌握SWOT分析、PDCA、单件流、目视化管理、预防性及预见性维修等、线平衡、SEMD、4M1E等现场管理工具
Proficient in SWOT\PDCA\Visual management\preventative maintenance\SEMD\4M1E and etc shopfloor management tools
6.掌握汽车行业五大工具和IATF要求
Proficient in IATF&5 tools
7.良好的英语沟通能力
Good English communication
