Job Title SMT Maintenance Supervisor Department Maintenance
Report to Maintenance Manager Dotted line to

Pur**e of **ition:
To lead a medium-sized group of engineers and technicians in SMT of work which involves industrialization, design, set-up and maintenance of SMT production lines and equipment.
To support the set-up of SMT new production line, responsible for the maint. and calibration of devices
Job Responsibilities:
1.Establish preventive, Corrective & continues improvement plan for SMT equipment and implement relevant actions.
2. Control of maintenance cost.
3. Manage the use status of SMT equipment and fixtures.
4. Handle the equipment failure.
5. Set up new production line and evaluate the new equipment.
6. Implement t spare part accurate.
7. OEE improvement.
8、Train and manage the technicians
9、MMS activity and push MMS to expand in MEG
10、Strictly follow the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, IATF16949 requirements
11、Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications:
1、College or above; major in electronic application.
2、 Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in Maint. ;
3、Well SMT machine skill, maintenance and repair of SMT equipment such as Fuji /ASM etc.
4、Strong Safety sense (Know well relevant rules and measures)
5、Familiar with PC operation and Office Software operation
6、Good command of English in both spoken and written
