职位描述

We are looking for an Optical Simulation engineer inside the R&D Function for the Els Cluster and I&T display produce.

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

1.Support quotations of global display backlight and HUD project.

2.Support local and overseas optical designer to solve the quality issue about display.

3.Output the technical solutions based on customer expectations or concepts.

4.Integrate & coordinate display supply chain resources to output highly competitive solutions.

5.Guide suppliers to complete development according to Marelli standards.

6.Collaborate with QA/Purchasing team to complete supplier development and management.

7.Organize design reviews between suppliers and Marelli R&D center, including global Marelli.

8.Maintain global display project lessen learn/Norm/FMEA.

9.Study new Optical Simulation technologies

10.Report the workload and achievements to the professional line team leader.









Key Skills

11. 3 years of experience in Optical Simulation relating projects

12. Well known in Image-optic and geometry optic knowledge.

13. LED basic knowledge

14. Colorimetry and Photometry basic knowledge

15. Experienced in display optical design.

16. Be familiar with Zemax , SPEOS or similar optical simulation software

17. Be familiar with CATIA , CREO OR similar mechanical software.

18. An experience in automotive display field or Tier1 would be a plus.



Education background



 Bachelor degree or above, optics engineering or relevant field
